0430hrs. from Semenyih, subuh di Sungkai and arrived at the waterpark approx 1010hrs. First impression was like, nah... However turned up my kiddos like it so much, the water park, dry park, bungy jumping, restaurant/cafe (we bought drummet and fries combo at rm16 - good for quick one before proceed with nasi kandaq outside, surrr hehe)
All went well, the staff were kind and very helpful
Keep it up.
The tubes/pelampung fee - RM20 each (regardless single/blue or double/yellow) + RM10 depo (cash only and refundable)
One of the pool - ada biawak tak tau mai kot mana, tapi tak kacau orang

I stayed at Bertam Resort recently and booked the Family Room for my family. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We especially appreciated the bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day and very convenient for our kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room layout felt just right for a family.
What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service we received. Puan Yusniza went above and beyond to make our visit special. She took the effort to prepare a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter and personally arranged for it to be sent to our room. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and made my daughter’s birthday celebration even more meaningful.
The resort is easy to navigate, with everything within close walking distance.
❗ Setbacks
Breakfast was decent but could be improved, especially with more options catering to kids.
Parking was inconvenient, as we had to use a staircase to access the parking lot. This could be improved for more convenience, especially for families with children or luggage.
Even so, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a delightful family getaway with comfortable accommodation and outstanding service — especially from Puan Yusniza. We would not hesitate to return.

Stayed twice in Bertam and got upgraded both times! First stay, I booked a Superior King but got upgraded to a Family Quadruple. Second time, it was a last-minute booking and still got upgraded to a Deluxe Premier! This time with a bath tub 😍
Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, just make sure to come early because it gets crowded during peak season, especially on school or public holidays.
Parking is spacious, but it’s an open area and a bit of a walk from the lobby. For those travelling with kids, it’s best to drop them off at the lobby first before parking. Don’t forget to validate your TnG card before leaving so you won’t get charged.
They provide two room key cards, only the main room card can be used to activate the electricity in the room, while the other is mainly for facilities like the swimming pool. I believe it’s part of their energy saving initiative, which is actually a thoughtful effort.
Hospitality is quite standard for Malaysian hotels, though it might feel different for those used to international chains. During our first stay, there was a brief blackout during checkout, and only a few staff were present at the reception, so we had to wait a few minutes just to return the room key.
The hotel has a beautiful Moroccan inspired design with lots of nice OOTD spots. Overall, it was a pleasant and lovely experience, beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and I’d definitely come back again! 💕

recently stayed here for a seminar and had a wonderful experience. the buffet lunch was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the food served for breakfast and tea time was equally satisfying. everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
and oh! the seminar area was very comfortable, making it easy to focus and enjoy the sessions. i also appreciated how well-maintained and clean the toilets were like its spacious and airy, which added to the overall comfort.
overall, Bertam Resort provided a pleasant and enjoyable visits, combining great hospitality, tasty food, and excellent facilities. i would definitely recommend it for both business events and leisure stays ;D #noPR

An interesting experience while staying at this hotel which has a Middle Eastern design. Breakfast at this hotel has many menu options. Complete gymnasium facilities. Next to the hotel there is a water theme park which charges a reasonable fee, only the facilities are a little small compared to the water theme park at Sunway lagoon. There are 2 EV vehicle charging points next to the hotel entrance. Overall I am satisfied with all the facilities and services provided..

First of all, actually I can't express in words on the great experience to stay here. For me, this resort definitely in it's own class in term of the beauty, the friendliness, the service, the meals etc.
The location of this resort is strategic, not so far from the PLUS highway exit. There is a waterpark next to this resort, so you can bring your children to have fun there also. There are petrol stations, many shops and restaurant nearby if you want to have meals outside of the resort as well.
There are a lot of parking at this resort. so no issue to park at all. For those staying here, u don't need to pay for the parking. just scan the touch n go when u enter and get validation from the receptionist before you go out.
The food provided here also got many choices and definitely very delicious also. The staffs are friendly, the restaurant ambient also very nice. They have special themes menus especially during dinner
As for the room, it is very comfortable. The room we stayed was provided with the standard facilities such as wifi, small fridge, a kettle, soap, shampoo and body lotion.
I think the swimming pool really been a focal attraction at this resort. the design of the pool is very nice and beautiful. My children really enjoyed themselves swimming here. In general, i think the design of this resort really excellent and beautiful. there are many areas where you can take beautiful photos for memories
During our stay, the resort was doing trials for a hot air balloon. I was informed this will be their latest attraction to be introduced very soon. However, the hot air balloon will not be flying freely. it just fly up and down at the parking area of the resort only. but still it will give excitement and good experience for the visitors.
The visit here really has been a great memories to our family. insya Allah, looking forward to stay here again in future. I personally highly recommend for others to stay here also. It's going to worth it.

The decoration is very beautiful, every corner can be taken pictures. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and has many choices. There is plenty of parking but there is no roof so if it rains it is a bit annoying to go to the car.

I don't know what the room looks like when I check in. I play water with my family. Get the price of rm35/pax using frontliner/private staff rate. Come in at 10. Stop playing at 3. It's hot.. Boys 120cm and above are shocked to be able to play all the available slides. The little boys are boring because there aren't many of them.. But it's ok. Spin around on the float near the river flow, it's his name. Just relax. The boys love it.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The decor is simply superb, with a stylish and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Everything from the service to the ambience exceeded my expectations.
