Because the check in 3pm n check out 12pm walauoun weekday and tak ramai pun stay…it deferent dengan hotel lain klu dtg weekday bilik xpenuh and da ready jam 12-1pm pun diorg da bagi masuk…
3pm check in hujung minggu or klu musim cuti boleh trima la tp weekday dan tgk diorg bilik pun xpenuh jadi kurengla
-buggy service also when i want going back to my hotel thru cef wan restaurant diorg xkasi suruh minta buggy..tp lepas jalan kaki jauh kluar sampai depan boleh plak diorg cakap buggy lambat ni sebab tak cukup orang… suruh balik jalan kaki..pergh mnyirap dgn anak2 lagi sy cakap no panggil buggy dtg n kami terpksa tunggu shg 30min tu pun reception waterpark minta kami call reception hotel sdr sbb klu dia panggil org sana xlayan..coiii

Hotel memang cantik konsep morocco.. saya suka duk lobi hotel dia. Luas dan angin sepoi2 memang syok layan. Swimming pool dia best,.. bilik dia kecil sikit tapi bersih. Mula masuk ada problem dengan tv dan dorang cepat selesaikan isu tu.. tahniah. Makan pagi dia biasa... Je nyahhh... Unttuk hotel yang banyak star ni rasanya boleh improve bahagian buffet breakfast kot. Memang kecewa ... Keseluruhan ok2 sahaja.

My stay at Bertam Resort & Water Park was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were top-class, and the water park was truly the highlight — so much fun for both kids and adults! Everything was well-maintained and beautifully managed. The Breakfast also good and variation.
Honestly, it exceeded all my expectations in every way. Without a doubt, one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Recommended!

A Magical Stay at Bertam Resort – Beyond Expectations!
Our stay at Bertam Resort was truly beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning Moroccan-inspired décor — both in the hotel and our room. The ambiance was warm, exotic, and beautifully curated.
The swimming pool was impressively large, perfect for both relaxation and fun. The playroom was equally delightful, keeping everyone entertained with its engaging setup. At night, the resort transformed into a glowing oasis, with lights illuminating the building and pool area, creating a magical atmosphere.
One of the highlights was our room, which featured a private bathtub and a smart mirror that could be closed automatically — such a luxurious touch! Before checking out, we couldn’t resist snapping photos with the gorgeous decorations outside our room.
Another great advantage is that the hotel is conveniently located near Bertam Water Park, making it an ideal spot for families and travelers looking for both relaxation and adventure.

It was a good stay. We’ve booked the room with balcony. Such nice view, spacious room. I didn’t took pictures of the room but you will get the idea. During weekends, have live band. Kinda chill to drink and listen to the performance at the lobby accompanied by the breeze at night.
The room quite soundproof so you won’t heard any loud noise of performance, or people chitchatting unless they totally shouting.
In the morning we had our breakfast. Varieties of food. Large space for you to enjoy your meals. I prefer their ayam rempah with rice and their soto. 10/10 would come again.

1st time checking in at Bertam. We planned to stay for 2 nights, but it was fully booked. The room is very beautiful and spacious. The facilities are complete and clean. The view from the balcony is lovely, facing the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many choices, but staying here is very relaxing.
I requested a complimentary cake and received one, and it was delicious. The staff’s service was also very good. I will definitely come back again.tq

Beautiful Moroccan-themed resort with so many nice photo spots! Our room was clean and comfy, and the food was excellent. The staff were very helpful, making our family getaway truly enjoyable. The pool is very huge and the water park is also next to the hotel. Highly recommended for a stay with a small family.
Since our family stayed during the school holidays, it was no wonder there were so many people. So, the parking lot in front of the hotel filled up quickly, and it's to be expected if you have to park in other areas a bit farther from the main lobby. It would be great if the hotel could provide more buggy services or more frequently, or expand the parking area in front of the hotel itself.
Another thing, the hotel is also advised to upgrade its internet and in-room entertainment solutions for better guest experiences.

I had a wonderful stay at Bertam Resort & Water Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel has a beautiful Moroccan inspired design with lots of nice OOTD spots. Overall, it was a pleasant and lovely experience, beautiful design, comfortable rooms. During our short stay, I got few photoshoot for my personal and of course I'm not satisfy because not much time for me to photoshoot every angle and nice spot.
The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Eventhough I got frustated because can't fly high.in their hot balloon
Overall, it was a delightful family getaway with comfortable accommodation and outstanding service. We would not hesitate to return.

There is a lot of great things I can say about this hotel. But the most stunning part of the hotel is the massive pool I should say. It is a great attraction with a vibe of "Santorini" to the setting making it very pleasing.
However, I cannot say the same about the room. Yes it is comfortable but the ambience is just to "honeymoon-ny". The lighting is so dim and at times you have to depends on the sunlight. It is possible in the day, but at night it is not very nice to the eyes 😵💫
And during my last trip we had a bit of a hiccup with the concierge. I am not sure wether they are short-staffed but we have to wait over 30 minutes and 3 calls before the trolley could arrived. And when the staff arrived, he said that he had to drive the buggy prior. They could have properly assigned who should drive the buggy and who should stay to assist with the luggage 🥲
And last is when you order anything from the delivery service, you need to walk to the guard house and pick it up. The rider would not be able to enter the premise and the distance to the guardhouse is quite challenging because the hotel is a bit uphill which means you have to climb after you have taken your food or anything from the guard house
However, I can say that the price is slightly cheaper compared to our previous visits which makes it a plus point 😆
Overall, we had a good time at the hotel but there is a room for improvement. I am sure this could help the hotel to increase the guests satisfaction.

Stayed twice in Bertam and got upgraded both times! First stay, I booked a Superior King but got upgraded to a Family Quadruple. Second time, it was a last-minute booking and still got upgraded to a Deluxe Premier! This time with a bath tub 😍
Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, just make sure to come early because it gets crowded during peak season, especially on school or public holidays.
Parking is spacious, but it’s an open area and a bit of a walk from the lobby. For those travelling with kids, it’s best to drop them off at the lobby first before parking. Don’t forget to validate your TnG card before leaving so you won’t get charged.
They provide two room key cards, only the main room card can be used to activate the electricity in the room, while the other is mainly for facilities like the swimming pool. I believe it’s part of their energy saving initiative, which is actually a thoughtful effort.
Hospitality is quite standard for Malaysian hotels, though it might feel different for those used to international chains. During our first stay, there was a brief blackout during checkout, and only a few staff were present at the reception, so we had to wait a few minutes just to return the room key.
The hotel has a beautiful Moroccan inspired design with lots of nice OOTD spots. Overall, it was a pleasant and lovely experience, beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and I’d definitely come back again! 💕

recently stayed here for a seminar and had a wonderful experience. the buffet lunch was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the food served for breakfast and tea time was equally satisfying. everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
and oh! the seminar area was very comfortable, making it easy to focus and enjoy the sessions. i also appreciated how well-maintained and clean the toilets were like its spacious and airy, which added to the overall comfort.
overall, Bertam Resort provided a pleasant and enjoyable visits, combining great hospitality, tasty food, and excellent facilities. i would definitely recommend it for both business events and leisure stays ;D #noPR

An interesting experience while staying at this hotel which has a Middle Eastern design. Breakfast at this hotel has many menu options. Complete gymnasium facilities. Next to the hotel there is a water theme park which charges a reasonable fee, only the facilities are a little small compared to the water theme park at Sunway lagoon. There are 2 EV vehicle charging points next to the hotel entrance. Overall I am satisfied with all the facilities and services provided..

First of all, actually I can't express in words on the great experience to stay here. For me, this resort definitely in it's own class in term of the beauty, the friendliness, the service, the meals etc.
The location of this resort is strategic, not so far from the PLUS highway exit. There is a waterpark next to this resort, so you can bring your children to have fun there also. There are petrol stations, many shops and restaurant nearby if you want to have meals outside of the resort as well.
There are a lot of parking at this resort. so no issue to park at all. For those staying here, u don't need to pay for the parking. just scan the touch n go when u enter and get validation from the receptionist before you go out.
The food provided here also got many choices and definitely very delicious also. The staffs are friendly, the restaurant ambient also very nice. They have special themes menus especially during dinner
As for the room, it is very comfortable. The room we stayed was provided with the standard facilities such as wifi, small fridge, a kettle, soap, shampoo and body lotion.
I think the swimming pool really been a focal attraction at this resort. the design of the pool is very nice and beautiful. My children really enjoyed themselves swimming here. In general, i think the design of this resort really excellent and beautiful. there are many areas where you can take beautiful photos for memories
During our stay, the resort was doing trials for a hot air balloon. I was informed this will be their latest attraction to be introduced very soon. However, the hot air balloon will not be flying freely. it just fly up and down at the parking area of the resort only. but still it will give excitement and good experience for the visitors.
The visit here really has been a great memories to our family. insya Allah, looking forward to stay here again in future. I personally highly recommend for others to stay here also. It's going to worth it.

The decoration is very beautiful, every corner can be taken pictures. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and has many choices. There is plenty of parking but there is no roof so if it rains it is a bit annoying to go to the car.

I don't know what the room looks like when I check in. I play water with my family. Get the price of rm35/pax using frontliner/private staff rate. Come in at 10. Stop playing at 3. It's hot.. Boys 120cm and above are shocked to be able to play all the available slides. The little boys are boring because there aren't many of them.. But it's ok. Spin around on the float near the river flow, it's his name. Just relax. The boys love it.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
