HOW TO reach us

1. By Car

From Penang Island: Take the Penang Bridge or the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge towards Butterworth, then follow the North-South Expressway (E1) heading north. Exit at Bertam (Exit 165) and follow signs to Bertam Resort & Water Park.
From Alor Setar/Kedah: Drive south on the North-South Expressway (E1), take Exit 165, and follow the signs to the resort.
Free parking is available at the resort.

2. By Public Transport

From Butterworth:
- Take a bus or e-hailing service (like Grab) to Kepala Batas/Bertam.
- Use a local taxi or e-hailing app for the short trip to the resort.
From Penang Island:
- Take the ferry to Butterworth (if not driving). Then follow the same steps above.

3. By Ferry

Take the Penang Ferry Service from George Town to Butterworth.
Upon arrival, take a bus, taxi, or Grab to Bertam Resort & Water Park.
